Mulungi Hideaway is located in the heart of Bujagali village, less than 5 minutes walk to the river Nile and the popular NRE and NRC campsites where you can enjoy activities such as rafting, kayaking, tubing, boat rides, SUP paddling, biking, swimming and more
It’s about 10km (20min drive) from Jinja town with a secure and safe compound in a very quiet neighborhood.
Come relax, unwind and enjoy this bright and beautiful home that has everything you need for a comfortable getaway and adventure!
The space
There is room for the whole family or group and has natural light in the entire house with an open floor concept. The home also includes a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, gas/electric stove, microwave, drinking water and bar area!
Relax, unwind and enjoy the large fire pit, childrens play area, front and back patio and private garden area!
The main bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and room to add a crib if requested.
The additional two rooms each contain a bunkbed and queen sized bed with night stands and clothing racks.
Lastly, enjoy your time together in the large dining room and sitting area where you will find a 7 seater couch, large TV with WiFi and Cable.
Guest Access
Guests have full access of the property aside from the locked storage room inside.
The compound does contain a security guard and three friendly dogs!!
Other things to note
**Please be advised there is no backup power and Uganda can experience unexpected outages for unforseen lengths of time**
We are happy to arrange a rental generator if it is available, gas will need to be provided at the expense of the guests (around $15 per day depending on use). Please ask security to arrange or plan ahead as it will need to be transported to the house.
**Friendly reminder that the home is not in the heart of Jinja town. We are located in Bujagali, 20 min from Jinja main center.
